Its potentially a better position than I thought. There is much resting on these NBIO. I would just be happy to get my investment returns back or at least see the SP go back up to what I invested in at.

Bit odd they didn't take the opportunity to mention that in the section 8.8.2. Would be a worrying sign if they didn't convert, considering they are implying a deal is just around the corner.
