Godolphin grew out of Ardea Resources
Kalgoorlie Gold also grew out of Ardea Resources.

The board of directors at Kal Gold all bought shares in the IPO, without exception as I understand.
Incredibly, so did most if not all of the staff / employees working for KAL Gold at the time of IPO.
The staff were motivated and keen to invest because they were willing to make the effort and additionally saw the benefits of financial commitment. We should not underestimate a committed team.
I am seeing the tangible benefits of invested employees in how far Kalgoorlie gold has progressed, yes they have been working on KAL Gold prior to the IPO.

Now Godolphin had a tough start despite what some say, I am not here to go into that.
I also feel that it is imperative that I state for the record, I fully support Jeneta. I wish Jeneta success, her success is my success.
I feel that Jeneta has been in the job for just over 6 months, the honeymoon is over, I think it fair to ask Jeneta to show commitment.
I feel that Jeneta should be seen to be spending some of her hard earned money in Godolphin shares, additionally to partake in share in dilution and partake in all of the blessings of being a successful junior mining company. I include Jeremy Read and Doug Menzies in this shareholder expectation as well.

I do not think that shareholders are unrealistic in this expectation.
We are used to our directors having skin in the game.
Ardea Resources, Godolphin, Kalgoorlie Gold.

Hopefully we get some great news soon that raises the company value to the point where Loyalty Options come in to play.
I am optimistic and do believe that Godolphin Resources is going to uncover something spectacular.
Never forget that we do have a JORK resource in Lewis Ponds.
