What worries me is the paragraph on funding, there's no mention of any government support, only private financiers.
Surely if talks were ongoing in regards to Federal Government funding, they would've also mentioned that? So to me that can only mean that talks have concluded and the grant has been approved, or it has been denied. If it was approved, then as far as I know KIS are obligated to announce it to the market, sans that announcement, there is only one alternative.
