Some dilution needed to gain 100% but Rox added more than 1m ozs of gold in the deal. With an AISC margin of $1000 that will be worth at least $1B when Rox get into production, About 3.5m ozs of gold is now owned by Rox including an outstanding high grade Deeps resource of 657,900 ozs @ 8.48g/t. No way will a resource of that size and grade not be mined especially with the buoyant pice of gold.
Next up we will get the results of the IP Survey to identify the next targets for Paddy’s Lode and Midway.
An exploration plan will cover Paddy’s, Midway, targets South of the Younami main lode, Linda Gossan, and the regional targets such as Sovereign that have high grade hits and now more attractive to follow up following Rox moving from 50% to 100% ownership.
Eureka is being prepared for an IPO imo. It has a long basal contact from Cannon’s tenure onto the Mt Eureka Nickel Project tenure with numerous ultramafic flows with Ni-Cu-PGE anomalism throughout. The value of the IPO with Rox holders getting free shares in the new company is likely to be around $30m. Q4 is likely the launch date.
Some notes re silly comments on this thread. Rox is not currently drilling and it is drilling that is expensive, the company is surveying, analysing and planning its next steps (all inexpensive). Following the IP Survey results and an exciting exploration program, the next cash raise will offer a small discount or perhaps none at all.
Rox is headed for an upscaled production of at least 100,000 ozs of gold per annum at which point the market valuation of the company will be many multiples of its current MC.
