Almost certainly it will be an insto share issue. What we are seeing is Venus holders selling their free shares which makes charting much less relevant.
Rox won't be issuing new shares while this is giong on, it would mean dilution at a low SP. With almost $3.5m in cash at the end of the Quarter and no current drilling Rox have time to put out positive announcements well before they ask instos to fund them. In the past Hawke's Point have always maintained their stake in the company in CRs and will probably do so again. The drum beat of urgency on this thread is simply downramping,
