Surely that is not the reason why you omitted his name - after all, wether you like it or not, he is the reason why you are a shareholder in this company - simple as that - and he is the person who put the whole IPO package and tenements together.
So I would trust his and the GRL boards decision, he know his lemons better than you or I, and after all, you seem to love all the other ground so at least give kudos where it is due - that is all i want ed to say.

As for the "cheap shot" re DG - perhaps if you knew more about the history, you would have posted here at the time but it seems you were not around then.
