The ASX will want to establish that BDI is a viable going concern, recapitalising at 20c doesn't necessarily
guarantee that, in any case I'm not sure the ASX has the authority to stipulate that...
Personally I favor a 100:1 but in saying that, they must be ready,really ready to hit the ground
running to keep interest in the market or the 10c post consol price will soon dwindle away....
