I don’t understand why this person even cares what the
BDI board do.
Perhaps he is an associate of the former board.
The shareholders have spoken, we were unhappy with the previous board, at the time we were happy for DP to stay but he decided to resign.
if as Buffet 101 implies that Straws pulled the wool over the eyes of such an experienced board and duped them into buying Mada.
Then who is the winner, neither of them.
It makes me think what’s at play now is this Gold deal, was there a reason the old board left a lot of loose ends to the remaining 50%
