asx11, that's exactly my point. Its just a number that is missing from the AGM notes. Most holders would be unaware of where the number is detailed, so why not be open about it. I dislike secrecy.
tbc007 yes, I am aware of the ridiculously generous options sought by the A4N directors and have voted appropriately. In comparison FYI's incentives are as you say peanuts but still highlight the unnecessary omission of detail within the info on which holders vote.
