Sarg, whilst I certainly agree with the early tender process, the wording of the SPP is where my concern comes from. The implication of priority given to early orders with management having discretion who to allocate to, tells me that there’s some urgency trying to be created here. My doubt comes from what is driving that urgency, as opposed to a standard raising where shares are allocated based on holding.

ziggy can take “up to $500k”. Doesn’t mean he has to take any, sets a ceiling, not a minimum.

im not convinced either way, but there’s certainly some points giving me reason to pause and consider. Time will tell I guess
