Contractors get changed out all the time for same reasons though right? Agreed not a great look but only one month in and some useless f@&k hasn't been able to step up to the plate so we are cutting them. I'd do the same if a contractor wasn't A grade. Glad this happened only 2 months in and not dragged out and excuses being made.
Early days trying to get things right and improve as we go. Again I'm more worried how they will pay for a new fleet prior to finance
