... where does the quarterly state WBP operations were running 'wrong equipment' ? ... example [read slow Drag] - if a unit is out of service for 6 of a 12 hour shift and these type maintenance issues continue within a small fleet, then this maybe deemed 'underperforming' ... applying 'wrong equipment' to 'underperforming' is entering the realm of Pennyhaul ... you thread-pests just can't help yourselves, what's next a streaming deal @ 1750 months ago ? ...
