Yes tbirdsrgo, I agree this could happen but WWI have always been slow in acheiving goals, its been that way ever since they listed so i reckon they will raise in the next few weeks. The quarterly cashflow report is misleading with the $75 million in there when they are incapable of raising that amount now due to the current share price.
