I don't necessarily disagree with what you've said but toll agreement was only secured late October last year and any serious finance discussions were not going to happen prior to the end of 2022.
The company states in latest quarterly that it is pleased with the progress of discussions and confident it can secure finance commitments in the near term. I guess we will have a much clearer understanding by the end of June quarter whether this is indeed the case or whether the BOD is full of crap.
