Let’s now worry about a FID process or corporate governance and project controls anymore let’s just wing the whole thing shall we…in fact while we are at it let’s not worry about exploration or resource definition, let’s just built stuff at whatever cost and then hope there is a resource there to connect to it…
Yes all projects “can” have cost blowouts but that is what contingency is for…just cause we can’t seem to get it right at the moment that’s not a reason to lose all project discipline and except poor performance.
