I am finally out , one of the worst investments I have ever made on a % loss basis fortunately did not bet the tractor on it .
I Will keep in my mind not to invest in any companies that have these directors. Strange that the company had great prospects that just needed to be drilled out and were getting good results , but then goes off shore. .
