Whilst in isolation this looks amusing, it seems a bigger picture is at play here.

This Q commentary is clearly aimed at IDC. Case in point:
1. More emphasis on community engagement
2. "Situated near Soweto in Gauteng, this first-stage project is expected to generate 1,000 job opportunities, significantly impacting local employment"
3. "Operating and labour standards adhere to South African Mine-Health and Safety regulations"
4. "The commitment to South Africa’s responsible mining principles is evident through the Company’s Black Economic Empowerment ownership, local economic development programs, and responsible water use practice". Water is mentioned a few times.

Most of these points were not mentioned in the previous Q.

And then of course there is the whole section about uranium. Finally!
