@Oldgoldminer1 You make some good points often around mining delays and many more.
However, I know it is a different game iron ore and Gold. My point from the other day is FMG went through the exact same absolute scrutiny in 1994 all the way up to 2004 before they finally got a DFS and brought everything together and got funding to mine etc.
Took them 10 years of public forum disarray, sledging, and gross shareholder dissatisfaction before they started making headway when they announced funding in 2004 to actually mine that big initial resource and the FMG success story was generated as we know today.
Again, I'm not saying WWI is FMG but in the gold sector, I'm simply saying we are pretty much bang on the 10 year period as well, just about to get funding for a possible JORC 12,000,000 ounce resource.
If WWI can pull of funding, move to a steady state, process their own ore with their own plant they mentioned having a vision for doing, and get the others stages of the project into production as well aiming for the goal of 200,000 ounces, the could be a story that is talked about for sometime. I get your counter points, a bloody lot of boxes to tick for that to happen, and getting steady state production going smoothly, staying inside AISC cost projections and much more, which I am of strong agreeance,
However, if you are into gold and this project literally on the precipice of funding to mining, it produces a strong case of warranting a rather speculative interest on paper, there is only a few micro caps out there with this resource size and ability to mine with direct government investment / support.
Lets change gears for a second positively:

If you were looking at this from a positive outlook, what progression or milestones would you want to see WWI achieve pre or post September 2024?
