What he’s now saying:• “It’s not static and no-one said it was.”
• “They don’t need to raise $90m and no-one said they would.”
• “The $90m is an estimate provided by WWI. I can speculate to the breakup... we won’t know until it’s announced.”
That’s not clarification that’s a full shift.
You can’t spend three days saying the $90m is clear, required, and defined… then pivot to “it’s just an estimate and subject to change” and pretend nothing changed.
The number didn’t move. Your position did.
