Padomo ,my recollection is that  Exore has a contingent liability to issue 30m shares to Slipstream and Asgard if Pilbara Minerals comes up with a JORC of 15mt at 1.2% lithium by 12/2/21 on Lynas Find project that Exore /Novo/ Dakota previously owned and sold to Pilbra at present Pilbra has established  a Jorc of approx 5.5mt so they need to increase the JORC by Approx 9.5mt within the next 2 years or the shares wont get issued
