    Great news, keep the Board honest, unless he is a friend of the Company! If he is a friend of the Company that is good also because you would think he must know something. If he isn't he can call an EGM and also vote meaningfully against Board Resolutions and Rem reports and help get this shell moving for long suffering shareholders!
