Good quarterly IMO, very professionally done by MB.
1000t processed in just over a month given xmas break in between with one shift and two stopes.
Just goes to show all the nonsense reported over here in the past few weeks was just that.
It will be interesting to see the impact on the resuing on grade, effectly it is replacing the hand sorting the old timers did, so hopefully we can expect something in the order of 15-20gt with the high grade ore.
More stopes should be producing this quarter and a reconcillation process in place to report grade in a timely fashion and not have to wait till final refining is completed.
For those who don't understand this process you reconcile your modelled/expected grade against your actual grade. So they are trying to come up with a process to give an expected grade from the concentrate thats send for refining
eg
they may have
50 oz of gold from 10kg of concentrate from 500t of ore
So they are looking for a process to predict this in the concentrate by splitting batches of concentrate, running it through vairous techniques to give the above answer and then sending to refine to see how close it was. Once they are confident with a particular technique they can report these grades in a more timely fashion. Hope thats clear....
They will obivously keep producing in the meantime so no issue there
