Can't argue with you, mate. You hit the nail on the head. That's why we are stuck in the 4s. Having a large amount of money at risk and not seeing an end to the quagmire is not much incentive for anyone to stay put forever and that's why the selling never seems to end and why we're rooted in mediocrity. Even a safe 1% return at the bank makes far more sense. Good luck elsewhere and thanks for letting us know.
