It's really simple for me. If NV/VW give TLG an offtake, what will happen. The SP will rocket. Why because of the offtake. It would be entirely reasonable to ask for a % of equity to catch some of the upside.
VW invested in QS, they own 20% of NV. Why not TLG
My statement is rational, logical and evidence based.
It could be completely wrong and not improbable
