I think that is a good approach. First they submitted both at the same time. The processing one seems to have been submitted and the environmental one is being held back until they have the Nunasvaara decision ((swedens call them bearbetningskoncession and miljötillstand). So as not to commit a tiny little formal error.)
I think that's very good. They are winding their way through the process. And a lot is shifting in our favour. Keep going, step by step.
