I've worked in mining for 30 years and have seen plenty of minor and major wall collapses. Unless it's detrimental to the operation, has caused major equipment damage, injuries, loss of life or the operation has had to stop until the mines inspector has given the go ahead to continue operations it's unlikely this would need to be reported to the share holders. Can't see anything in NT Worksafe so I can only assume nothing too serious has happened.
