Cash balance 31 December 2024
The cash at bank at the end of the Quarter (31 December 2024) was $229k.
During the quarter, the Company undertook a 1:8 consolidation of its securities and completed a share
placement raising $240k.
Effective, 31 December 2024, the Company has sold the Allegra Nickel Project in Alaska to an entity
associated with director Menachem Rogatsky for $25,000. Completion of the sale occurred in January
2025

Surely , this is not a going concern... selling assets to directors for a pittance , next to no money in the bank , the ASX should be more diligent with these micro caps and de-list sooner than later.
