That's my impression as well - if we give the benefit of the doubt and assume there is a solid plan (given nearly everything is in place except 70% of the finance), then sub 5 cents looks like a buy, but I have not pulled the trigger to top up yet either.

If there is a cap raise then it will be frustrating having just topped up on market, but if there's an announcement re finance, then we will have missed out on the good buying opportunity.

Trading will be interesting next week given the holiday period is over and the traditional month of wider selling begins....
