Hi Mundo, correct you need to hire the right staff to undertake a minning operation before it starts operation. Mining manager, operation, CFO, finance and compliance team. Its a specialised field that requires particular knowledge. A normal exploration teams knowledge will usually not cut it. Look at the staff knowledge being hired and this is an indication of how big the company can get.
