There is sufficient information available to progress project development and initial data is being provided to potential JV and project development partners, on a confidential basis”

This is very telling. They have enough confidence in the upcoming DFS to both begin construction as well as divulge critical info to future partners. This is huge IMHO! It indicates the green light has been lit !
