You will find it alot as the first post as HC have a 15 minute delay on actually releasing the document when the information is already available from the ASX and most Brokers. As to why people post it after that point It would be case specific to them for what ever reason but that is why the bulk of the time it gets posted.
It can make the difference between knowing the information before the market opens or after. So while I'm definitely not a trader it can save or gain you a few pips if you are fast onto the Info
