    I am far from knowledgable but it appears that it is not so much accumulation, as keeping the price down at 3.9. Just seems that way because there is more selling down happening and the 3.9 just gets propped up again.
    Is one possible reason for such trading behaviour that a takeover would be calculated by the average sp over a certain time frame?
