1. The recent string of good results leading to excellent news flow cannot just have dried up - rather with 6 geos and 3 rigs it should have accelerated.

2. With Tony in Canada and clearly in the eye of some large Canadian players news of a corporate nature is likely soon.

3. The upcoming board meeting would suggest announcement soon. Likely Thursday pm or Friday.

Formation of a new corporate entity listed on TSX with full ownership of Alacran and certain surrounding Groupo land. Ownership unknown but lets say 40% Teck, 40% AZS, 20% Groupo and an IPO to raise $100M+ and value the new company at 400M+

AZS to continue (but maybe dual listed) with full ownership of Promonterio and other assets.
