    The 50,000,000 Shares which are held in Escrow will be issued once a project is acquired. Of course they are going to do a deal but sometimes it just takes a bit of time. Off the back of the acquisition, I'm guessing CDB may do a raise. Let's just hope whatever they acquire is good!
