I feel like the problem is, as it always has been, that while the company has all of this money and is making great progress operationally, there is no return to shareholders. The lacklustre buyback did next to nothing to return any value to SH, and unless there is a more serious BB or some sort of divi paid we will keep seeing the company's cash reserves grow while the SP remains stagnant.
