And overnight we have just seen Diamondback (FANG) acquire Endeavor Energy for $26bn USD in the Permian Basin Midland area who had 350k acres so again that works out to around $74000 USD an acre about on par with what all the other takeovers of late have paid.
The market loved the deal with the FANG up 10%
