Agree with you on that.
For me the main factor to take into consideration is now that BRK are monetising through production, generate cashflow and profit, they can be valued by the same metrics as other producers.
Previously, they could only be valued on the NPV of undeveloped reserves, what is much more pie in the sky stuff.. how many mining explorers with a tiny MC have projects with NPV’s in the hundreds of millions.
