Absolutely no doubt we need to use these credits or the excuse we call a govt will not be able to withstand the temptation to fleece the helpless. They are well rehearsed at such theft.
Paying down debt is practically as good as a dividend usually but in this instance the sholders require payment.
The debt is due.
