The average was clearly a tick over 2k per ounce. Many companies are in the same boat, it's called insurance. Is 100% non-hedged better under the current circumstances? Well duh! 70 to 75% is not terrible, for a start up is not inclined to risk the company on predicting movements in a grossly manipulated spot price.
Implying a connection between DCN and GOR is the same as implying a connection between Marina Abramovic and the Holy Mary.
