Can only really turn to management for fault now. While operationally I've been thrilled, there is a reason the board isn't just full of miners. Management have a responsibility to shareholders to increase value, and we're not seeing an increase in value.
Seems unfair, and i have no idea what they should do to fix the issue, but it is their issue, they are getting a decent salary to do their job, and their job isn't too dig holes.
Would new management help? No idea. Happy to try anything
