Along with NCA and Federal Ombudsman I see no harm in serious public exposure via varied media organisations in regard to this blatant mis-representation...a warning to potential investors, naming and shaming the guilty company members without compromising your legal standing....

there is serious non-disclosure matters involved here and without any warning holders are trapped, locked in a market suspension with no indication of real end in sight to access their investment....media will have a field day!
