I find it quite amusing that after months of silence Zhang has now decided to respond to a shareholder. Now that the AGM is imminent.

Based on past comments from Zhang I would take everything he says with a grain of salt.

The real question that Zhang needs to answer is what have the Board actually been doing for the last 12 months, other than placing NXR shares into perpetual suspension.
