Also interesting to know that Volcan owns $1.325M worth of shares at current spot price... i wonder how much they were worth at the time the loan was written off? Maybe one of many questions for the AGM. Perhaps they can transfer the interest to QBL to pay the debt and reduce the number of issued shares? Since Pnina and Shalom are directors it should be fairly simple shouldnt it? seems likely...
