EBITDA earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortisation would be $6mill per month.

Per annum that is $72 Million and work off a PE of 10 gives it a market cap of $720 Million

Remember that's for 1 month, Not quarterly.

I think the company will have right offs and losses so don't see any taxes for the next year.
