If I am not wrong, VGI invested over $5m and they sold $180K+ as per the note. Thats less than 5% reduction. Not sure if we can call that off-loading.
I agree they are walking a fine line however, like other posters say they are in an interesting situation. Strong growth and momentum in revenue and cash receipts however, cash is tight. Interesting to see how they will come out of this tight spot.
Management is strong and I am confident they will navigate this tight rope. If and when they come through this, the company is all set to take off IMHO.
