did you see in the quarterly the update about the Japanese reactors? some that had been started have been shut down due to a new court injunction. Not the best news. Still, some companies are making head way and good SP gains (and returns for share holders) in a difficult market, just not TOE at this point, unfortunately.

On a more positive comment, I do like the progress they're making with mine extensions and project efficiencies (though, we haven't seen actual proof and progress of those efficiencies yet, and the extensions are slow).

I think it's high time for a new feasibility doc with completely revised economics, TOE need to make this project do-able in the face of ongoing poor market conditions, because the U sector may continue to be depressed for a bit longer than the '2020' guess.
