'CZA is offering to acquire all of your UNV CDIs for the consideration of $0.20 cash and 1 CZA share per UNV CDI.'
Today, you could buy UNV CDIs for 20.5c per share today, well I did however only a few. Assuming the offer goes through, and given like 95% of holders have, it will. As such, it effectively costs you 0.5c per CZA share.
CZA closing price today - 6.5c/per share.
As such, the return assuming CZA stays at or above it's current price is on your 0.5c/share investment in CZA is 6c, or 1200% profit, so a 12 bagger (assuming you exclude the 20c cash you are paying to buy 20c out of the equation).
With respect to the international, 1 CZA ASX share = 1 CZA LSE share = 1 CZA JSE share...so pretty straight forward. The rest of the difference is down to FX, however LSE is the main market so just see what it is doing, type the price into google ie. 0.035GBP to AUD, and you should get a pretty good idea where the ASX will trade.
Things may change once all you exciting UNV holders move across.
