If we don't hear anything by friday next week i am assuming a last minute '5th variation extension' will pop out, which would be a joke... hopefully they're putting some urgency into this as wrapping up the merger is also holding up operations and the likes I would imagine, once the deal is done they can get on with doing what they need to do operationally (for the benefit of those who don't intend to vend their CZA shares for cash after the offer i'm assuming....)
