No revenue until then agreed but many companies in this sector just go to market with a reference design (drawings on a piece of paper).
Xped/Telink is able to go to potential customers with a design which will be physically available and ready to roll in January.
Nothing to stop them winning orders in the interim for Telink's ADRC chip with delivery for calendar Q1 2017.
All we need is the confirmation that such orders have been received to put a rocket under the SP and that could easily come before January.
