This is really really BAD news,becuse customers of UBS can now SHORT the stock....read the Agreement between UBS and their Customers.

'UBS is not responsible for any losses incurred'
'The customer must specify whether they are going LONG OR SHORT'.

UBS's position for the majority of shares acquired is to act as PRIME BROKER.

Over 5% of the stock in now under the CONTROL of UBS----they are NOT a CORNERSTONE investor.

Please be aware of this.
